PAYNTR returns policy
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice.

We have also put together steps to help you return your product:
Evri ParcelShop (No Printer, No Problem)
1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel 2. Select (Insert Retailers name) from the list of retailers, select Pshop return and complete the online form.
3. Take your parcel to your local Evri ParcelShop
4. Scan the attached QR code on the print in store device and follow the on screen instructions
5. Attach your printed returns label and hand the parcel to the store operative.
Evri Home Collection (Printer Required)
1. Visit evri.com/return-a-parcel.
2. Select (Insert Retailers name) from the list of retailers, select courier collection and complete the online form.
3. Your label will be emailed to you for printing.
4. Print your label and attach to your (Insert Retailers name) parcel ready for your courier to collect at your convenience.

PAYNTR does not except responsibility for the costs of returns, so we strongly advise that you spend time making sure the sizing you order is the most suitable.
Customers outside of the UK looking to exchange will need to return their item for a refund and buy the replacement they require from our website. Please email us at info@payntr.com with your order number and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped, and you should receive a notification from our courier regarding delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@payntr.com with images and a description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you return for a refund using the returns label sent with your order, we will deduct the returns label cost from your order refund.
If you are paying through a payment provider such as Klarna, the refund may stay in your account with the payment provider. Please check with the payment provider if you are still waiting for your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@payntr.com.
Faulty products
In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your PAYNTR product, please email our returns team at info@payntr.com with your order number, images of your product and a description of the issue.
All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.
Returns form retailers
Any PAYNTR products purchased from a retail shop or another website (any website that isn't payntr.com) must be returned to the retailer you purchased from.
You must contact the retailer directly and PAYNTR are unable to interfere with retailers' returns policies and their decisions.
