Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@payntr.com with your order number.

Please use the returns label sent with your order to return the order back to our warehouse, ensuring you have marked whether you would like an exchange or refund. PAYNTR offers free exchanges, however, if you would like a refund, we will deduct the returns label cost from the order refund if you return using the returns label supplied with your order.

Exchanges

PAYNTR offers free exchanges for orders in the UK to exchange items for a different size if you change your mind or they don't fit within 14 days. To start an exchange, please email us at info@payntr.com with your order number.

Please use the returns label sent with your order to return the order back to our warehouse, ensuring you have marked you would like an exchange.

Customers outside of the UK looking to exchange will need to return their item for a refund and buy the replacement they require from our website. Please email us at info@payntr.com with your order number and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exchanges can take up to 5 working days after being received to be processed and a replacement item will then be sent out. We will notify you when your replacement item has been shipped and you should receive a notification from our courier regarding delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@payntr.com with images and a description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you return for a refund using the returns label sent with your order, we will deduct the returns label cost from your order refund.

If you are paying through a payment provider such as Klarna, the refund may stay in your account with the payment provider. Please check with the payment provider if you are still waiting for your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@payntr.com.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your PAYNTR product, please email our returns team at info@payntr.com with your order number, images of your product and a description of the issue.

All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.

Returns from retailers

Any PAYNTR products purchased from a retail shop or another website (any website that isn't payntr.com) must be returned to the retailer you purchased from.

You must contact the retailer directly and PAYNTR are unable to interfere with retailers' returns policies and their decisions.
