Our Returns & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@payntr.com with your order number and our returns team will assist with your query.

UK customers can exchange or return your product/s from PAYNTR for a different size within 14 days if you change your mind or they don't fit, but the product/s must be returned in their original condition in a parcel box or bag. This means shoes being returned in their original box and not having been played in. If you are returning or exchanging your product/s, you should arrange and pay for them to be returned to us using a carrier of your choice.

Customers outside of the UK can return or exchange product/s from PAYNTR for a different size, within 14 days of receiving your product/s if you change your mind or they don't fit, but the product/s must be returned in their original condition in a parcel box or bag. This means shoes being returned in their original box not having been played in. You should arrange and pay for them to be returned to us using a carrier of your choice.

Please consult our product size guides before ordering to ensure best fit and avoid unnecessary exchanges to help us reduce our carbon footprint.

Please keep the tracking number of your return in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. You are liable for the product/s until it is received by us, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product/s returned are damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you encounter a fault with your PAYNTR product, please email our returns team at info@payntr.com with your order number, pictures of your product and a description of the issue.

All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use.

Exchanges & Refunds

Your exchange will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving the product/s and they have been inspected.

Your refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.
