We know lots of you are keen to get back to your local training facilities and unfortunately are unable to play cricket just yet.

We've therefore sought tips from #TeamPAYNTR for how we can continue to practice our cricket skills and stay fit.

Below are lots of ideas and workouts which can all be done from home. As it's really beneficial for the mind as well as the body to stay active.

David Paynter (WARM UP)

Warming up is really important before an exercises. Here David takes us through a series of stretches for your whole body, so that you can be prepared for any workout.

Maia's first clip shows a fun, quickfire catching game to practice your reactions for catching in the back garden. This could be done against a wall too.


The second clip demonstrates an easy way to help keep your hand-eye coordination sharp – see how long you can keep the ball up on the side of your bat challenge!

Core strength is integral for your body to transfer it's power into the bat or more speed through the ball - and who doesn't want that?!


Here Georgie takes us through a simple routine you can do anywhere to help build that strength.
